Hey Loretta, This infographic is awesome. The colors got my attention right away, the topic is interesting, and the layout flows well. The addition of audio adds more interest and promotes reflection. First-rate!
I had yours as a guide! I dreaded this almost as much as the video, but this actually was fun. I think I would like to try to attempt some other topics when the class is completed. The Prezi is the one thing I really feel I need to try- it will be my goal this summer.
Yes, Lorette, Your infograph is excellently made. You combined a lot of features to produce this detailed piece and you used blending colors for each of the different areas. Well done; you are already a "pro" on this one!
You know, I was really afraid of the colors and the project being too busy. However, color is essential for these projects (my opinion). It was helpful to listen to the infographic webinar that was posted by Dr. Stoner (blog tools). They make it look and sound easy. There are some very professional graphics out there; some free, some not, but can really tell a story quickly.
Now that we have had to do audio sound- not so afraid to explore this as an option. This definitely had some crazy colors but the intent was for the reader to follow the each piece and draw a conclusion.
WOW Loretta!! Great infographic!!! The color combinations worked well to draw attention to different areas and the added voice narration elaborated on points. How far we have come!!! This is very professional!
Since many of you may or may not have taken Nrsg 458/9 - Education, this topic is one of those topics that most students will be as familiar with, hence the audio was important to clarify the project. Since you are an instructor, you can appreciate the value of peer mentorship. So, for the future, I would consider a successful infographic as one that can portray the message even without audio. Thanks for the comments.
